ConnectWise hires former Office Depot (ODP) Exec as CIO: Change of service leadership at top MSP
MSP led ConnectWise changes and hired former Office Depot Exec as the new CIO. The MSP continuously leads the market, and innovative products bring change to the customers. ConnectWise is a managed service provider giant acquired by private equity investor Thoma Bravo LLC. For $1.5 billion among its many acquisitions.
Jason Magee, CEO of ConnectWise, said he is focused on the continuous growth of company products to increase partner experience betterment and "we need outstanding proven leaders at the help to do that successfully." Both Todd and Ciaran joined the MSP's executive team and will contribute towards making the firm valued at a higher margin than it already is.
Todd Hale will be serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and oversee data services, business application systems, Internal IT, Enterprise IT, project management office, business transformation, and successful integration for the company. Todd was the executive VP and CIO at ODP Corporation, another leader in the digital workplace technology for SMBs and enterprises. After serving 17 years at the ODP, his focus shifted to ConnectWise, and he rose on the top management board.
