Kaseya, a leading global provider of IT management and cybersecurity software, has announced a significant leap forward in its Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution with the launch of new AI-powered workflows within its VSA 10 platform. This innovation aims to drastically simplify IT tasks for technicians, enhance automation, and drive remarkable efficiency for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams.

At the core of this advancement is Cooper Copilot, an AI-powered workflow generator that enables technicians to create complex automation workflows using simple, plain-language prompts.
Gone are the days of needing specialized product knowledge or extensive scripting experience. Users can now describe a desired outcome, and Cooper Copilot will construct a structured set of actions, conditions, and triggers to execute the task from start to finish.
According to Edgar Zacharjev, GM of VSA at Kaseya, the impact of these AI-powered workflows is already evident.
"We've seen workflow success rates jump from 86% with traditional methods to over 96% using AI-powered workflows," Zacharjev stated. "This is intelligent, adaptive execution that understands technician intent and delivers results with precision."
Early access partners have reported significant time savings, with some executing an additional 15 to 20 procedures per week. This translates to substantial efficiency gains, particularly for IT teams grappling with growing workloads, resource limitations, and the constant pressure to achieve more with existing headcount.
Kaseya emphasizes that while Cooper Copilot handles the heavy lifting of building workflows, a crucial "guardrail" is in place. Every AI-generated automation goes through a manual review and approval process before deployment, ensuring user control and minimizing risk.
Kaseya highlights that Cooper Copilot is more than just a script builder. It is designed to create multi-step, conditional workflows that can check for conditions, add tags, prompt users, handle branching logic, and map actions based on how VSA operates.
The AI is trained specifically on Kaseya's platform, ensuring data security and privacy by keeping all partner data within the system.
This new capability within VSA 10 is part of Kaseya's broader "Cooper AI" suite, which also includes Cooper Insights for optimizing feature adoption and Cooper Bots for cross-product automation. The company is focused on tying AI automation to measurable operational improvements, such as reduced time-to-resolution, a decrease in manual tasks, and faster onboarding for new technicians.
By automating repetitive tasks like software deployment, maintenance, and security remediations, Kaseya aims to free up IT professionals to focus on more strategic, higher-value initiatives, ultimately enhancing client experience and driving business growth.
